Fragmented care
Mobility aids, health monitors, and cognitive tools are built in isolation. Patients and caregivers are left stitching together separate systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
AI-powered dementia support system
CogniWalk Hub is a startup incorporated in Canada, developing an AI-powered support system for people living with dementia. It brings mobility, health monitoring, and cognitive care together in one place, so families and caregivers have one clear picture instead of three separate tools.
The problem
Mobility aids, health monitors, and cognitive tools are built in isolation. Patients and caregivers are left stitching together separate systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
The most advanced care technology is often the most expensive, and the least designed for people who find new devices unfamiliar or intimidating.
Managing routines, monitoring health, and providing emotional support around the clock leaves caregivers stretched thin, with little support of their own.
What we're building
Each part is designed to stand on its own. Together, they will form a complete, connected picture of a person's mobility, health, and mind.
How it will work
The Smart Walker and Wearable Health Monitor are designed to travel with the user through daily life, quietly gathering mobility and health data in the background.
Readings will sync to the AI Care Assistant platform, turning sensor data into a clear, current picture of how someone is really doing.
Caregivers will get the alerts, trends, and reminders that matter, and the person in their care gets memory support that adapts to them.
Our goal
Helping people with dementia live with more independence, and lightening the load for the people who love them.
Why CogniWalk Hub
Mobility, health, and cognitive care in one system, not three separate apps and three separate logins.
Designed from the outset to be affordable, not a luxury device only the wealthiest households can access.
Simple enough for someone unfamiliar with technology, with training and support planned for users and caregivers alike.
Designed to adapt to each person's symptoms, history, and preferences, not a generic, one-size-fits-all script.
